We offer free delivery (Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories including Tung Chung area) for orders over HKD$500. For any order below HKD$500, we charge a delivery fee of HKD$80.

*From Monday to Saturday – Sundays and Public Holidays are excluded.
For outlying islands or remote areas, we charge a delivery fee of HKD$150.
Pure Direct (HK) takes no responsibility for lost shipments although we will do our best to track them down. Pure Direct (HK) cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery. Delayed delivery will not give rise to any penalty nor indemnity and cannot be used as reason for cancelling the order.
If you select ‘Pick up at office’, please pick up at our San Po Kong Office after receiving the notification email. If items have not been picked up 3 months after the email is sent, the order will be cancelled and will not be refunded.

If you discover a fault with the item(s) you have received, please contact us immediately and our Customer Service Representatives will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
We only replace items if they are defective (excluding defects caused by careless use by the buyer). We can issue a one-time product exchange if the item is returned to us within 7 days after purchasing. We will arrange for replacement of the same product that customer ordered, in the same quantity. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Postage, if any, will not be refunded.
